Michelle
Kramer has held senior positions in some of Australia’s biggest
companies for the past 12 years before moving to Brisbane and commencing
her own consultancy business in 2007.
Michelle is a qualified accountant and
draws her experience from a variety of industry sectors such as retail, transport,
manufacturing, shipping, export, FMCG, warehousing and distribution.
Her positions have included, Group
Financial Controller with Symex Holdings Ltd and Pental Products Pty Ltd, Supply
Chain Superintendent and Cost Accountant with Bonlac Foods, Commercial Account
with BHP Wire products and BHP Transport and Associate Consultant with Ernst
& Young.
Michelle specialises in improving the
commercial operations of businesses, delivering accurate product and service costing,
budgeting, performance improvement, cost reduction, risk management, management
reporting and accounting and bookkeeping support. Her “hands on” approach ensures that the
strategic goals of the company are met in a manner which maximises profit and
encourages teamwork towards achieving the desired outcomes.
Her
entrepreneurial vision with the drive, results focus, skills and experience enables
her to contribute to a company or organisation at any phase
of its growth.
